Prudential Bank, an indigenous financial leader, has been awarded 4-Stars in Service Quality for Consumer Banking and a top 5-Stars in Service Quality - Business Banking in the 2024 Ghana Customer Satisfaction Index (GH-CSI) Report released recently.
The survey, led by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) with support from the Bank of Ghana and Ghana Association of Banks, evaluated service quality, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and Net Promoter Score.
Commenting on the feat, Executive Head, Retail and Commercial Banking, Ebow Quayson, said the recognition is a testament to the Bank’s consistency in customer centricity. "This recognition reaffirms our relentless focus on customer centricity and service excellence. We are deliberate in putting the customer ahead of everything we do here. We remain committed to pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers," he said.
Prudential Bank has consistently been recognised by CIMG for its customer centricity. These include CIMG 2023 Best Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Consumer Banking, Five Star Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Business Banking and Five Star Bank in Service Quality – Business Banking in the 2023 report.
GH-CSI is an annual survey commissioned in 2021 by the CIMG to establish a customer satisfaction index score for the banking industry. The 2024 edition presents the 4th wave for consumer banking and 3rd wave for business banking.
The report shows the year-on-year comparative analysis of the industry’s performance. It measures the levels of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty for 2024 and compare same with previous performances.
