Mr. Asah Kissiedu holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Leicester, U.K. and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Planning obtained from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi in July 2000. Mr. Kissiedu is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Trade and Logistics Africa Ltd. a position he has held since October 2011. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Osam Energy Company Ltd for two years. Mr. Kissiedu also worked for Zenith Bank (Ghana) Ltd. for nearly four years, first as a relationship manager and later as Business Manager. Mr. Kissiedu was appointed to the Board of Prudential Bank Ltd in 2018.

Mr. Alexander Kofi-Mensah Mould – has over 30 years’ experience spanning finance, energy, and governance.  Mr. Alexander Mould served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) from 2013 to 2017. Earlier in his career he served as Executive Director and Co-Head, Wholesale Banking, Origination and Client Coverage at Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana. In this capacity, he provided strategic leadership and governance oversight to strengthen the sustainability of the Bank’s franchise in Ghana, contributing to financial turnaround and sustained high performance. He also served as Head of Structured Finance, West Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana, where he pioneered the development of structured trade and structured export finance businesses across West Africa, securing financing solutions for medium to large-scale exporters.

Alhaji Abubakari Ibrahim Dey – brings over 29 years cross-sector experience in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Administration to the Board. He was the Executive Director of MIDA Associates – Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants, from 1997 to 2007. In this capacity, he was responsible for management and financial consultancy, as well as accounting, taxation, auditing, and the establishment of Management Information Systems (MIS). Alhaji Dey served as a Member of Parliament for the Salaga Constituency from January 2009 to 2012. and for the Salaga South Constituency from January 2013 to 2016. Earlier in his career, Alhaji Dey worked at the Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) as Director of the Departmental Accounting Unit. His previously held roles include Head of Finance at Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), and Senior Accountant(Central Services), London Borough of Hackney (U.K).

Ebenezer Ndebilla – is currently a Member of Parliament for the Zebilla Constituency, Parliament of Ghana. Mr. Ndebilla is a member of the Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Ghana and a member of the Ethics and Standards Committee of the Parliament of Ghana. From December 2018 to December 2024 he served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Toende Rural Bank Ltd, Zebilla, where he chaired the Finance and Audit Committee. In collaboration with other Board members, he provided oversight over the management of the Bank. 

Samuel Kwadjo-Akukumah – joins us with a strong background in Internal auditing Accounting, Financial Management, Business and Operations Management, and Risk Management, among others. He is currently a Principal Internal Auditor and the Head of Audit at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), with oversight responsibility for all internal audit activities at the Head Office and CSIR's thirteen (13) research institutes nationwide. In this role, he provides strategic leadership in audit planning, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and audit reporting, while  supporting the Audit Committee and advising management on governance and operational efficiency.

Alison Ann Debrah is a chartered accountant and a chartered governance professional. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFAUK) and an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She graduated from the City University, London, United Kingdom, in 1991 with a joint Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Economics & Accounting. Mrs. Alison Ann Debrah has a well-developed broad skill set honed from diverse roles held in the United Kingdom and Ghana in a career spanning 29 years. She worked for 10 years in a number of finance related positions with the London Boroughs of Croydon, Southwark and Sutton before having a brief spell with KPMG Chartered Accountants (Ghana) as Supervising Senior. She was the Managing Director of Credit Mall Limited, Accra, for seven years and the General Manager in charge of Human Resources & Administration at CFC Savings & Loans Limited, Accra for nine years. She thereafter worked for Bayport Savings & Loans Limited for nearly three years as the Head of Corporate Governance before joining Prudential Bank in March 2020. She is the head of Administration of the Bank and was appointed to the additional position of Company Secretary in October 2020.
