Requirements Needed in Opening Account

Kindly do well to have the following requirements:

• Complete an Account Opening Form
• Attach a passport-sized photograph
• Provide valid Ghana Card ID (NB: Foreign nationals shall submit and Resident Permit – this is mandatory)
• Provide residential address
• Provide GPS address code.
• Google map extract to confirm the residential address
• Original copy of the utility bill (e.g. electricity, water, telephone) not more than 3 months old
• NB: For foreign nationals and non-resident Ghanaians, a phone bill, bank statement or driver’s licence, etc, confirming residential and postal addresses in the country of permanent residence
• U.S. citizens, residents, and green card holders are required to complete Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) supplementary form i.e., W8 or W9 where applicable
