Requirements Needed in Opening Account

Kindly do well to have the following requirements:

• Complete an Account Opening Form
• Attach a recent passport-sized photograph of both parent/guardian and child
• Photographs of the child should be updated every two (2) years. (Parents will receive prompts through our alertWise Notification service when updates are due.)
• Provide a valid Ghana Card ID of parent/guardian
• Provide child’s birth certificate
• Provide residential address
• Provide GPS address code
• Google map extract to confirm the residential address
• Original copy of the utility bill (e.g. electricity, water, telephone) not more than 3 months old
