Requirements Needed in Opening Account

Kindly do well to have the following requirements:

  • Complete an Account Opening Form
  • Attach one recent passport-sized photograph of each signatory
  • Provide a valid Ghana Card ID for each signatory
  • Provide residential address of each signatory
  • Provide GPS address code each signatory
  • Google map extract to confirm the residential address
  • Business Registration Documents (original/certified true copy)
  • Board Resolution to open account signed by Chairman and Secretary (for limited liability companies )
  • Particulars of director/significant shareholders (5% or more)/management personnel/secretary (i.e. date of birth, identity, residential addresses, etc) for Limited Liability Companies
  • Specimen signatures of authorized signatories
  • Company stamp/seal Complete (Limited Liability Companies)
  • A completed Know Your Customer (KYC) Form for the company and for each signatory to the account
