Mr. John K. Addo has over thirty (30) years of rich corporate experience in banking and finance, having worked with reputable institutions both in the United Kingdom and Ghana.
He is a Chartered Accountant by training and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Mr. Addo also holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of East London, in the United Kingdom (UK).
Mr. Addo joined Prudential Bank in 2009 and has held various senior and executive management positions within the Bank. He was appointed Head of Corporate Planning and Research in 2009 and was responsible for Corporate Strategy, Budgeting and Research. In January 2017, he was appointed Head of the Bank’s Credit Administration Division with responsibility for four (4) key functions: Credit Appraisal, Credit Control, Customer Accounts Management and Small and Medium Enterprises/Non-Traditional Exports (SME/NTE).
In October 2018, Mr. Addo was appointed Deputy Managing Director for Finance, Administration and Credit Administration, a position he held until his appointment as the Managing Director.
Prior to joining Prudential Bank, Mr. Addo worked in the professional and commercial accounting sector in the United Kingdom; first as an Auditor at Landau Morley Chartered Accountants (UK) for 9 years and then as a Management Accountant and Financial Controller at Drivers Jonas (now Drivers Jonas Deloitte) for 13 years.
Mr George A. Adjei has over 26 years extensive working experience with 21 years in banking.
George holds an Executive MBA in Finance from University of Ghana Business School and BSc. (Hons) Agriculture (Economics Option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
Mr. Adjei joined Prudential Bank Limited in 1999 as an Assistant Manager at the Projects Finance Department and rose through the ranks by dint of hard work to head the Credit Appraisal Department; Non-Traditional Exports, Agric-Business and Special Projects Department; Credit Control Department; Corporate & Institutional Banking Department; and later appointed as Director, Credit Administration. He is currently the Executive Head, Credit.
Mr Thomas Broni is the Executive Head, Operations of Prudential Bank Limited. He is also a director of Prudential Securities Ltd and Prudential Stockbrokers Ltd, two wholly owned subsidiaries of the Bank.
Thomas has over 20 years experience in banking, auditing and lecturing. He has an MBA from the University of Hull (UK), and Bsc. Admin (Accounting) from University of Ghana. He is also a Chartered Accountant and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Mr Broni joined Prudential Bank Limited in December 2003 as a Deputy Manager at the Internal Control Division and rose through the ranks to become Head of the Treasury Department, and later Head of the Risk Department and finally Head of the Compliance Department until his appointment to his current position as Executive Head, Operations of the Bank.
Ebow Quayson is currently the Ag. Executive Head of Business with oversight responsibility for Corporate, Commercial & Retail Banking. He has over 22 years of banking experience serving in diverse roles.
Ebow has held prominent positions in a number of notable banks in the country; gaining invaluable experience along the way; making him an indispensable asset to the Prudential Bank team. Mr. Quayson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon and also an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (EMBA, Marketing option) from the University of Ghana Business School.
He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) and also has certification from ICMQ- Securities Institute of London.
Ebow is a regular panelist/speaker on fintech & payments seminars/webinars in Ghana & Rwanda organized by Seamless Africa & FINTEX events respectively.
